American Football News Opens New Website For Semi-Pro Football Fans Worldwide
(PRWEB) July 17, 2004
The American Football Association (AFA) is pleased to announce that we have just opened a new website for our ‘On-Line’ edition of the national association’s official publication – the American Football News. Semi-Pro football players, coaches and fans alike can get weekly updated game scores, league standings and ‘power ratings’ simply by checking the AFN’s website at http://www.AmericanFootballNews.com.
In addition, the AFN will bring visitors to our ‘On-Line’ edition of the AFA Football News information from several of our affiliate programs such as the AFA Players Assn., AFA Coaches Assn., AFA Officials Assn., AFA Alumni Club and the AFA Semi-Pro Football Hall of Fame – simply by navigating your way through the various links on our “home page”.
Individuals interested in joining the different affiliated AFA associations may do so by downloading membership applications that are linked to each of those affiliate program pages.
The AFA is in our 25th year of operation as the national association for Semi-Pro football teams and leagues in the United States. We are a 501(c)(3) public non-profit tax exempt corporation financed through membership donations and other tax deductible contributions. As part of our dedication to the advancement of semi-pro football worldwide the AFA monitors (and power rates) the weekly game activity of more than 700 teams playing in 62 different leagues across the country. Those leagues, and their member teams, provide venues for more than 75,000 active semi-pro players, coaches, team/league administrators, trainers, equipment managers, public relation personnel, officials and even cheerleaders.
In an effort to bring more ‘awareness’ to those who toil in the obscurity of semi-pro football leagues across the country – the AFN will attempt to share with our readers (and website viewers) some of the human interest stories that makes the semi-pro level of this sport . . . so great.
For more information about the AFNews printed editions – continue to check in on our AFN -’On-Line’ version.

This is a smart blog. I mean it. You have so much knowledge about this issue, and so much passion. You also know how to make people rally behind it, obviously from the responses. Youve got a design here thats not too flashy, but makes a statement as big as what youre saying. Great job, indeed.
